Pravinsinh Solanki is a furniture and interior designer and educator from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, with deep experience spanning global retail design, manufacturing, and craft innovation. After working on high-profile architecture and interior projects, he spent over a decade in Italy with Grottini Srl and later as CEO at CRS Strategic Designs, leading international store design and setting up furniture manufacturing operations in India. He currently heads the Furniture & Interior Design discipline at NID and leads initiatives focused on bamboo and Indian crafts, with his work featured internationally—including permanent displays at the World Bamboo Museum and collections at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya—as well as in leading design publications and exhibitions.
