Ajinkya Dhariya is the Founder and CEO of PadCare Labs, a sanitation-tech startup tackling menstrual waste through innovative disposal and recycling solutions. A mechanical engineer by training, he founded PadCare in 2018 to improve hygiene standards and enable more sustainable societies, applying design thinking to solve deeply consumer-centric problems. His work at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and social impact has been recognized by global and national bodies including WIPO, the Royal Academy of Engineering (UK), and the Government of India, and he continues to advocate for healthier communities and planet-first innovation.
